• Illegal Sale of Alcohol: Distributing or selling alcoholic beverages without permits or in prohibited zones (e.g., near residential areas, schools, or places of worship).
• Zoning & Land Use Breaches: Operating night entertainment venues (bars, nightclubs) in areas designated exclusively for residential use.
